Sinclair & Co was born out of our own frustrations as long-term property owners on Sinclair Road.
For over 20 years, we’ve managed our own building and have worked with several management companies. Too often, we were let down by overpriced services, poor communication, and delayed maintenance.
We decided to create a new kind of block management company—one built on trust, transparency, and a genuine desire to raise standards for the buildings we care about in the neighborhoods we love.
